3. Eligibility

5. Order Process & Payment
- Order Placement: You select the state, complete the guided questionnaire, and pay the applicable fees via our secure payment processor.
- Fees & Pricing: All fees are denominated in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time; changes will not affect orders already completed.
- Payment Authorization:By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount of the ordered Services to your chosen payment method.
- Automatic Billing (if applicable):Some Services may involve a subscription (e.g., membership to a legal assistance platform). You will be notified before any recurring charges. You may cancel at any time by contacting customer support or via your account dashboard.
6. Generation & Delivery of Documents
- Accuracy of Information:The documents we generate are only as accurate as the information you provide. You must verify that all data entered is complete and correct.
- Review & Finalization:After document generation, you will receive a PDF (or other requested format) ready for printing or review. You must carefully review all documents before filing them with any court.
- Modifications & Updates:If you need to make changes after documents are generated (e.g., name corrections, address updates), you must purchase a document revision at the then-current revision fee.
7. Filing & Legal Advice
- No Legal Representation:We are not a law firm, and nothing on our website constitutes legal advice. We do not represent you in court or act as your attorney.
- Self-Help Service:Our Services are designed to facilitate self-represented (pro se) litigants. You accept full responsibility for filing, serving, and appearing in court.

You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
16. Dispute Resolution
- Informal Negotiations: If you have any dispute or claim against us, you agree to first contact us at support@instantdivorcepapers.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating any formal proceeding.
- Arbitration (Optional Clause): You and we may agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, provided both parties agree in writing. If arbitrated, the arbitration will be conducted in Wilmington, Delaware, by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
- No Class Actions: Unless you and we agree otherwise, any dispute must be litigated on an individual basis. Class, collective, or representative actions are not permitted.
